Dani and Logan have explosive chemistry and thankfully there are no trust issues or silly misunderstandings to mar their relationship. Daniela is headstrong, confident but somewhat broken from her last few encounters with her ex.

He despises liars and his “lie-dar” warns him that Dani is keeping secrets but he gives her the benefit of the doubt and the time she needs to trust him with the truth. Dani misses the life she ran from in DC, but being alive and safe for the first time in a long time is more precious to her than she ever imagined.

I love a protective hero and I think readers will genuinely enjoy Logan’s overprotective side when it comes to Daniella. While I enjoyed the previous book, my issue was that most of it took place on dry land instead of on a boat, and there was only one dive scene. A good solid read, I just felt that after being abused by her previous boyfriendDani was a little quick at falling into bed with Logan. What I didn’t like???

Writing is hard work. My favorite Cherry Adair story voortex. All in all not Cherry’s best, it had great sexual tension but parts of it grossed me out, I just haven’t been feeling that much of romantic suspense lately and the graphic things bothered me plus I was also bored in the middle.

Will it spell the end of what could have been a beautiful relationship?

The series isn’t over yet, even though we’ve run out of original Cutter brothers there is a just discovered Cutter bro waiting in the wings, though. May 22, Kathleen rated it it was amazing. That being said, I did love these two together.

Lists with This Book. I love the tropical ocean feel that these books have, especially when we got the cheery to spend most of the book on a yacht that had me dreaming of cruising along the coast of South America. I like reading Ms. They all seemed at ease with it and I liked that.

Vortex (Cutter Cay, book 3) by Cherry Adair

Return to Book Page. Logan is the Lone Wolf of the Cutter clan. There’s no magic to it. Especially the new brother. Good book that takes place on the seas. Finding out Dani’s story could spell the end of their budding sexual relationship, NOT! That Thing Called Love. This series is about a family of brothers who own a treasure hunting business, as in sunken treasure.

The suspense was well written also. Daniela had good reason to feign temporary amnesia in the beginning but I was glad when she started to tell the truth. Loved Logan and Daniela’s chemistry!

Just enough playing hard to get. Want to Read Currently Reading Read. Afraid of water, enclosed spaces and large domineering men, she is rightfully skiddish upon first boarding the ship.
